Larissa & Rosely were very quick to respond when I needed a fast solution to host my parents for a near by convention. They loved the place and found everything very convenient! The only issue (which isn't something that is a fault of the hosts) is that the mobile cellular service was very difficult to use anywhere in the apartment. Any time telephone communication was needed, they would need to go outside the building. However, the place is very convenient and the hosts are very responsive. This is the newer part of Vista Cay and it's a great area close to Publix (shopping) and all of the other restaurants. Definitely consider staying here the next time you are in Orlando!

Very accessible to many attractions Orlando has to offer. Nice and quiet complex. The condo was clean and well maintained. There is a nice balcony although it is facing the parking lot. We did not have a chance to use the pool and other amenities, however they looked very nice! I will definitely keep this place in mind when going to Orlando with my family.
It’s a really great place, in a great location. On the first night we got there it wasn’t clear where the resort amenities were but they described it to me and then we realized it was actually walkable from the condo. It’s a great place! We appreciated being able to stay there and how spacious it was!

Very nice and quality place to stay; especially it is a family-friendly.
We had a lovely stay! Would definitely recommend for a family especially with a small child! They had a play pen and dining chair for a small child! They were very amazing with communication and clear with instructions

Cancellation policy
Refundable Bookings
Cancellation deadlines:
- For stays under 15 nights, you may cancel or reschedule up to 14 days before check-in for a full refund. For stays 15 nights or longer, the cancellation window is 60 days.
- For some homes, a 30-day deadline applies — this will be clearly shown before you book.
- Cancellations must be submitted before 4 PM EST on the deadline day to qualify.
Fair-Refund Policy
If you cancel after the deadline:
- Booming Vacation Homes will relist your dates and automatically refund you for any nights that rebook.
- The refund per night will be the lower of the original price or the rebooking rate. Nights that do not rebook are non-refundable.
Half-Now, Half-Later Bookings
- The first half of your payment is non-refundable.
- The second half may be refunded according to the standard cancellation policy above.
Non-Refundable Bookings
If you selected a Non-Refundable rate at checkout, the booking cannot be changed or canceled, and no refund will be issued.
Date Changes & Rebooking
Once a stay is canceled, you can't rebook the same dates yourself. If you need help choosing new dates, our Concierge team is happy to assist.
Transfers to Another Guest
You may transfer your booking to someone else at no charge. Just contact the Concierge with the new guest's name and email. The new guest must accept the transfer for it to take effect.
Policy Match Guarantee
If a better price is available for the same property on Airbnb or the owner's site, contact the Concierge — Booming Vacation Homes will match it.
