The house was beautiful, cozy, and had everything we needed to feel at home. The location was absolutely perfect, ideal for visiting the theme parks and also very convenient for getting around to other nearby destinations. Larissa and Rosely were outstanding: extremely reliable, super communicative, and incredibly kind. Everything was fantastic from start to finish. Highly recommended, we would definitely stay here again!

The pool/hot tub was super close and perfect for swimming/relaxing. And it’s just a short walk to this cafe called - Moma’s Cafe- so yummy!

The apartment looks great! Great location in a beautiful neighborhood very close to Epic Universal Park, there’s parking and nice shopping centers around. It’s also a short drive from big malls.
El apartamento está muy bien ubicado , al lado de los parques de universal y es muy cómodo , lo único que anotaría es que los ventiladores suenan mucho y hace falta filtros para la cafetera.
Our stay here was amazing! The place was perfect for our group. It is so close to many of the parks and restaurants. Will book with them again in the future!!
We enjoyed our days at the condo. The location was great—especially close to Universal Studios and convenient to many restaurants. The pool area was nice the day we went there. The condo kitchen was well equipped with what we needed and the inventory of items in the condo was very helpful as we planned what we needed to bring. The condo was very clean and smelled great when we arrived. Description of it was accurate and we found the unit quiet and comfortable. The sofa has seen better days but we weren't there a lot to sit on it. Our only suggestion is to add some light blocking shades to the bedrooms- especially the master bedroom which only had blinds. The property is well lit and the sun hits that side of the condo all day so some shades would help for sleeping and also keeping that room cool. All in all, we had a great stay, the owners are responsive to questions, the property was nice, and we would happily book it again.

אני חושבת שהמקום קצת ישן ויש צורך לתחזק אותו ולהחליף ספות בסלון . הספות ממש לא נוחות ולא וממש ישנות . בנוסף יש להשאיר בדירה יותר נייר טואלט ,שקיות אשפה , סבונים למקלחות וחומר ניקוי לאסלות . היה חסר מגבות היו רק 6 ואנחנו 5 אז נאלצנו לכבס אותם כל הזמן ולהביא לבריכה מגבות מהבית. הזרם במקלחות ממש חלש . אני לא חושבת שאני צריכה להתחיל לקנות ציוד נקיון ונייר טואלט . בגדול בעלי הדירה היו זמינים גם בטלפון וגם בהודעות אבל צפיתי לקבל קצת יותר.

Cancellation policy
Refundable Bookings
Cancellation deadlines:
- For stays under 15 nights, you may cancel or reschedule up to 14 days before check-in for a full refund. For stays 15 nights or longer, the cancellation window is 60 days.
- For some homes, a 30-day deadline applies — this will be clearly shown before you book.
- Cancellations must be submitted before 4 PM EST on the deadline day to qualify.
Fair-Refund Policy
If you cancel after the deadline:
- Booming Vacation Homes will relist your dates and automatically refund you for any nights that rebook.
- The refund per night will be the lower of the original price or the rebooking rate. Nights that do not rebook are non-refundable.
Half-Now, Half-Later Bookings
- The first half of your payment is non-refundable.
- The second half may be refunded according to the standard cancellation policy above.
Non-Refundable Bookings
If you selected a Non-Refundable rate at checkout, the booking cannot be changed or canceled, and no refund will be issued.
Date Changes & Rebooking
Once a stay is canceled, you can't rebook the same dates yourself. If you need help choosing new dates, our Concierge team is happy to assist.
Transfers to Another Guest
You may transfer your booking to someone else at no charge. Just contact the Concierge with the new guest's name and email. The new guest must accept the transfer for it to take effect.
Policy Match Guarantee
