We loved our stay @ Larissa & Rosely's condo. First floor was very convenient & close to the pool & clubhouse. The pool & hot tub were very nice & clean. The condo was very clean & had everything we needed for our stay. We were there to visit the parks, mainly Universal. It was across from Epic, which was nice. We would stay here again in the future.

This place was perfect for my family and had everything we needed! Pictures were accurate. The location was great and close to universal. Close to the pool and game room which was a hit with my children. We will definitely look to book here again!
We enjoyed our stay! Great location on the ground level near the pool / hot tub and next to parking. Apartment was clean and although we didn't cook the kitchen looked well stocked. 10 minute walk across the street to the grocery store and Dunkin Donuts which was super convenient. We started each day with a walk around the beautiful lake and enjoyed LOTS of wildlife including a couple alligators which was exciting! Little issue getting in on the first day due to new locking system which had just been installed but the hosts replied right away and we were in very quickly. If you are sensitive to noise perhaps bring ear plugs as some nights there was noise from the condo above which of course the host can't control. We'd definitely stay there again if in Orlando.
This is one of the best places I have ever stayed in. The host is extremely helpful and responsive. I highly recommend this for your stay in Orlando.

We have stayed in this resort before, as it is very close to Universal and the airport. The pool area is nice, although the hot tub was really a luke warm tub. We had a problem with sink gnats which the owner addressed and we also treated with traps.Our biggest complaint was discovering that the clothes dryer has a very loud buzzer that sounds near the end of the cycle, and it cannot be disabled... Don't put a load in and then go to bed!We wish owners were a little more generous with trash bags considering the length of stay and number of people. The checkin instructions do state the limitations, however.We woud stay there again.

Cancellation policy
Refundable Bookings
Cancellation deadlines:
- For stays under 15 nights, you may cancel or reschedule up to 14 days before check-in for a full refund. For stays 15 nights or longer, the cancellation window is 60 days.
- For some homes, a 30-day deadline applies — this will be clearly shown before you book.
- Cancellations must be submitted before 4 PM EST on the deadline day to qualify.
Fair-Refund Policy
If you cancel after the deadline:
- Booming Vacation Homes will relist your dates and automatically refund you for any nights that rebook.
- The refund per night will be the lower of the original price or the rebooking rate. Nights that do not rebook are non-refundable.
Half-Now, Half-Later Bookings
- The first half of your payment is non-refundable.
- The second half may be refunded according to the standard cancellation policy above.
Non-Refundable Bookings
If you selected a Non-Refundable rate at checkout, the booking cannot be changed or canceled, and no refund will be issued.
Date Changes & Rebooking
Once a stay is canceled, you can't rebook the same dates yourself. If you need help choosing new dates, our Concierge team is happy to assist.
Transfers to Another Guest
You may transfer your booking to someone else at no charge. Just contact the Concierge with the new guest's name and email. The new guest must accept the transfer for it to take effect.
