This place was beautiful and the views were amazing. I especially enjoyed being right next to epic universe being able to see it and walk there it was so close!
Our vacation felt complete with this beautiful condo. It's conveniently located close to the lake view, pool, splash pad and bar. Not to mention the drive to universal was right at 10 mins and Epic was less than 5 mins away. It was a great stay, would definitely recommend.
We loved this space! It was very spacious and even bigger than what the pictures show. In the morning, it was nice to have coffee on the large deck and look out onto the lake. Everything was clean and well designed. The hosts were great and attentive. It is also conveniently located near Epic Universe and other theme parks, a grocery store, and several restaurants. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Orlando!

This condo was Perfect all around!!! CLEAN! Nicely decorated, quiet, comfy beds… We definitely will stay again. Overall, this unit was Fantastic!

Nice location. Pretty much close to everything. Very spacious home and very clean. Host was very responsive. I do recommend updating the property with more modern furniture though as well as using brighter lighting in the space. Not a bad place overall.

This was only a 5 min drive to epic universe the apartment was surprisingly spacious! We felt right at home check in and check out was easy. Most importantly the place was spotless! It was also right next to the pool and splash pad making it less than a 1 min walk to relax by the pool! What a wonderful experience!! This is where I will stay next time in Orlando!

Cancellation policy
Refundable Bookings
Cancellation deadlines:
- For stays under 15 nights, you may cancel or reschedule up to 14 days before check-in for a full refund. For stays 15 nights or longer, the cancellation window is 60 days.
- For some homes, a 30-day deadline applies — this will be clearly shown before you book.
- Cancellations must be submitted before 4 PM EST on the deadline day to qualify.
Fair-Refund Policy
If you cancel after the deadline:
- Booming Vacation Homes will relist your dates and automatically refund you for any nights that rebook.
- The refund per night will be the lower of the original price or the rebooking rate. Nights that do not rebook are non-refundable.
Half-Now, Half-Later Bookings
- The first half of your payment is non-refundable.
- The second half may be refunded according to the standard cancellation policy above.
Non-Refundable Bookings
If you selected a Non-Refundable rate at checkout, the booking cannot be changed or canceled, and no refund will be issued.
Date Changes & Rebooking
Once a stay is canceled, you can't rebook the same dates yourself. If you need help choosing new dates, our Concierge team is happy to assist.
Transfers to Another Guest
You may transfer your booking to someone else at no charge. Just contact the Concierge with the new guest's name and email. The new guest must accept the transfer for it to take effect.
Policy Match Guarantee
If a better price is available for the same property on Airbnb or the owner's site, contact the Concierge — Booming Vacation Homes will match it.
