Great alternative to the really expensive hotels around the convention center
This Airbnb exceeded our expectations. The space was spotless, well organized, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The beds were comfortable, and the neighborhood felt safe and peaceful. The host communicated clearly and was always available if we had questions. Overall, a great experience—we would happily return.

If you’re going to a conference at the OCCC and like walking this location is perfect. It’s good for groups because each bedroom has its own bathroom. Bring your own toiletteries though as those provided are slim. And you’ll want ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper. The gym is about a five min walk and has basic machines and DBs.
Great place to stay. Close to all attractions. Home was very clean. Looks like the pictures. Quiet area. Will definitely stay there again when coming to Orlando.
The host were very responsive and professional. Their home is beautiful and exactly how the pictures look. I would definitely visit their home in the near future.
The location of the unit is up and coming and is very reasonably priced. The location was pretty clean but was missing a few mentioned toiletries like laundry detergent and trash bags. There were tiny ants all over the kitchen coming from one of the receptacles but this is to be expected as we’re in florida so make sure not to leave anything out on the counter. The Host was responsive to the Wi-Fi outage we unfortunately experienced but sadly m took my request for accommodation as blame and preceded to attempt to defend her effort rather than take accountability for our lessened experience lacking wi-fi for a few days. Overall a 4 rating out of 5 and worth the value.
Place is great if you are visiting Universal. Everyone was happy with this place.

Cancellation policy
Refundable Bookings
Cancellation deadlines:
- For stays under 15 nights, you may cancel or reschedule up to 14 days before check-in for a full refund. For stays 15 nights or longer, the cancellation window is 60 days.
- For some homes, a 30-day deadline applies — this will be clearly shown before you book.
- Cancellations must be submitted before 4 PM EST on the deadline day to qualify.
Fair-Refund Policy
If you cancel after the deadline:
- Booming Vacation Homes will relist your dates and automatically refund you for any nights that rebook.
- The refund per night will be the lower of the original price or the rebooking rate. Nights that do not rebook are non-refundable.
Half-Now, Half-Later Bookings
- The first half of your payment is non-refundable.
- The second half may be refunded according to the standard cancellation policy above.
Non-Refundable Bookings
If you selected a Non-Refundable rate at checkout, the booking cannot be changed or canceled, and no refund will be issued.
Date Changes & Rebooking
Once a stay is canceled, you can't rebook the same dates yourself. If you need help choosing new dates, our Concierge team is happy to assist.
Transfers to Another Guest
You may transfer your booking to someone else at no charge. Just contact the Concierge with the new guest's name and email. The new guest must accept the transfer for it to take effect.
