Great place to stay if visiting the Orlando Area. Centrally located to everything. The community was massive but very quiet and clean. The house was very clean and had ample space for everyone. Our stay was amazing! Perfect girls getaway!
Well stay again had a wonderful time with the family
It was a rough start in the first place we originally booked. But she took care of us and got us an upgrade to a new place instead. The new place was amazing, heated private pooo and very clean.

Larissa & Rosely’s was an exceptional host always communicative and attentive. The place was cozy, beautifully kept, and truly felt like home. My stay was wonderful from start to finish, and I would definitely return without hesitation. Highly recommended

Honestly, outside of the ac and internet going in and out, it was not a horrible stay, but being hot can ruin anyone’s experience. I do feel like things happen that are out of our control, but we came into the hot house and it was really not fixed until day 2. Then it went out again day 3. Heat rises, so the guest upstairs were very uncomfortable and upset. This is no bandaid job. It’s the hottest month of the year . Her communication was responsive for the most part. She offered to move us to another place just for the night, but we were sleep and it was late. The WiFi was not working well, so maybe the messages came in late, but overall the property is nice. Just needs consistent working AC.

Wonderful spot to stay- very responsive with questions/problems before and during the stay.
We had daughters playing volleyball with Orange County convention center so the Mom’s stayed at the house. It was wonderfully convenient.

Cancellation policy
Refundable Bookings
Cancellation deadlines:
- For stays under 15 nights, you may cancel or reschedule up to 14 days before check-in for a full refund. For stays 15 nights or longer, the cancellation window is 60 days.
- For some homes, a 30-day deadline applies — this will be clearly shown before you book.
- Cancellations must be submitted before 4 PM EST on the deadline day to qualify.
Fair-Refund Policy
If you cancel after the deadline:
- Booming Vacation Homes will relist your dates and automatically refund you for any nights that rebook.
- The refund per night will be the lower of the original price or the rebooking rate. Nights that do not rebook are non-refundable.
Half-Now, Half-Later Bookings
- The first half of your payment is non-refundable.
- The second half may be refunded according to the standard cancellation policy above.
Non-Refundable Bookings
If you selected a Non-Refundable rate at checkout, the booking cannot be changed or canceled, and no refund will be issued.
Date Changes & Rebooking
Once a stay is canceled, you can't rebook the same dates yourself. If you need help choosing new dates, our Concierge team is happy to assist.
Transfers to Another Guest
You may transfer your booking to someone else at no charge. Just contact the Concierge with the new guest's name and email. The new guest must accept the transfer for it to take effect.
Policy Match Guarantee
If a better price is available for the same property on Airbnb or the owner's site, contact the Concierge — Booming Vacation Homes will match it.
