The place was exactly as advertised and the hosts were very thorough and communicative. Location was very convenient to all the theme parks and the amenities were just what we needed to relax after a long day. Would definitely stay here again.
The space was very comfortable, and we loved the pool access as well as how clean and well maintained everything was. There was plenty of parking, and best of all, the location is within walking distance of the grocery store and restaurants. Pretty much everything you need is nearby, yet the area still feels like a private community.
We really enjoyed our stay at their location. It was close to Universal Studios and easy to get restaurants. Publix is within walking distance. The place was clean and was great for 4 adults and two children.

Larissa and Rosely’s place was spacious and fit our needs perfectly. The place was clean, nice, and conveniently located next to the grocery store and other food options. The supplies provided with the place were minimal, but it was no surprise as they listed everything that came with the place. Would stay here again!
The hosts were very responsive and the place was perfect for going to Universal and all the sites around. Will definitely use again!

Great location close to Universal and Disney. Great area lots of restaurants and grocery stores. Apartment was very nice and lots to do with pool right across from the apartment.

Cancellation policy
Refundable Bookings
Cancellation deadlines:
- For stays under 15 nights, you may cancel or reschedule up to 14 days before check-in for a full refund. For stays 15 nights or longer, the cancellation window is 60 days.
- For some homes, a 30-day deadline applies — this will be clearly shown before you book.
- Cancellations must be submitted before 4 PM EST on the deadline day to qualify.
Fair-Refund Policy
If you cancel after the deadline:
- Booming Vacation Homes will relist your dates and automatically refund you for any nights that rebook.
- The refund per night will be the lower of the original price or the rebooking rate. Nights that do not rebook are non-refundable.
Half-Now, Half-Later Bookings
- The first half of your payment is non-refundable.
- The second half may be refunded according to the standard cancellation policy above.
Non-Refundable Bookings
If you selected a Non-Refundable rate at checkout, the booking cannot be changed or canceled, and no refund will be issued.
Date Changes & Rebooking
Once a stay is canceled, you can't rebook the same dates yourself. If you need help choosing new dates, our Concierge team is happy to assist.
Transfers to Another Guest
You may transfer your booking to someone else at no charge. Just contact the Concierge with the new guest's name and email. The new guest must accept the transfer for it to take effect.
Policy Match Guarantee
If a better price is available for the same property on Airbnb or the owner's site, contact the Concierge — Booming Vacation Homes will match it.
