A truly wonderful apartment in an unbeatable location. Everything was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared. The hosts were exceptional—warm, responsive, and genuinely caring. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it.
Excellent location if planning to visit any of the Universal parks. The hosts were super responsive and professional and resolved two minor issues immediately. Very happy with our stay. We felt right at home.
The location and place were absolutely incredible. Only 5 minutes from Universal Epic Universe, 20 from Universal City Walk. Quiet and nice place with a great Pool/Hot Tub and Pool Side Bar with great drinks. Had a few issues with things that were outside the control of the Owners/Property Managers but the problems were immediately addressed and resolved. Would recommend this to anyone in the area and would gladly stay here again.

The apartment was as described and very convenient. The unit was clean. Communication was almost immediate and they stayed in close contact.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Our stay was excellent! The home was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully decorated with cozy decor that made us feel right at home. Larissa and Rosely were friendly, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed. The location was perfect and made our trip even better. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!
Place looks just like the pictures , easy to get around. Very comfortable my family and I had a good time
Everything was amazing! They’re very nice and so is the place. You can walk to the pool, where we played games. There was also a live DJ and bar. It’s definitely kid friendly.
El lugar es muy cómodo, las camas y sabanas excelentes . Excelente ubicación y fácil acceso. Se puede ir a las facilidades de la piscina y caminar al rededor del lago . Muy fácil para ir a los parques y a los shopping malls

Cancellation policy
Refundable Bookings
Cancellation deadlines:
- For stays under 15 nights, you may cancel or reschedule up to 14 days before check-in for a full refund. For stays 15 nights or longer, the cancellation window is 60 days.
- For some homes, a 30-day deadline applies — this will be clearly shown before you book.
- Cancellations must be submitted before 4 PM EST on the deadline day to qualify.
Fair-Refund Policy
If you cancel after the deadline:
- Booming Vacation Homes will relist your dates and automatically refund you for any nights that rebook.
- The refund per night will be the lower of the original price or the rebooking rate. Nights that do not rebook are non-refundable.
Half-Now, Half-Later Bookings
- The first half of your payment is non-refundable.
- The second half may be refunded according to the standard cancellation policy above.
Non-Refundable Bookings
If you selected a Non-Refundable rate at checkout, the booking cannot be changed or canceled, and no refund will be issued.
Date Changes & Rebooking
Once a stay is canceled, you can't rebook the same dates yourself. If you need help choosing new dates, our Concierge team is happy to assist.
Transfers to Another Guest
You may transfer your booking to someone else at no charge. Just contact the Concierge with the new guest's name and email. The new guest must accept the transfer for it to take effect.
Policy Match Guarantee
If a better price is available for the same property on Airbnb or the owner's site, contact the Concierge — Booming Vacation Homes will match it.
