Perfect location for our conference at the convention center. Walkable to the convention center, grocery store, restaurants, liquor store. Super clean. Hosts were very responsive throughout the entire day. Would highly recommend.

Great location. Very short drive to seaworld/aquatica and universal. Pool was heated so was able to swim with kids even though it was late December. Condo was clean and plenty big enough for myself, my wife and three young kids. Finding the place and checking in was easy. Didn’t have to communicate with host because we had no issues with anything. Would stay again.

Place is a great value close to Universal. Larissa & Rosely are fantastic hosts, very responsive, friendly, helpful. The resort and condo are nice. Check in and out are super easy. Would definitely book again!

A localização do imóvel é excelente, sem duvidas uma das melhores localizações possíveis. Tivemos alguns problemas com pragas(baratinhas) no local, a anfitriã foi super solicita oferecendo um reforço na dedetização. O apartamento comporta bem, só fica apertado os banheiros que são apenas 2. Fora isso, é um excelente custo benefício principalmente pela proximidade dos outlets e parques.

If you know or have stayed in Vista Cay before this is one of the better units available to rent. Everything is very updated and new. The apartment could stand to have a few amenities in it but all airbnbs are different. This one was very nice just a little bare bones. We would not only recommend these hosts to others but also stay in this apartment again. Thank yo

I went on vacation with friends and family for a long weekend getaway and absolutely loved this airbnb! The hosts were very responsive, clear, and easy to book with. Check-in was smooth and the hosts accommodated our needs even when we arrived a little earlier in Orlando. The Airbnb was clean, easy to get to, and is in a great location! Definitely recommend booking with them.

Cancellation policy
Refundable Bookings
Cancellation deadlines:
- For stays under 15 nights, you may cancel or reschedule up to 14 days before check-in for a full refund. For stays 15 nights or longer, the cancellation window is 60 days.
- For some homes, a 30-day deadline applies — this will be clearly shown before you book.
- Cancellations must be submitted before 4 PM EST on the deadline day to qualify.
Fair-Refund Policy
If you cancel after the deadline:
- Booming Vacation Homes will relist your dates and automatically refund you for any nights that rebook.
- The refund per night will be the lower of the original price or the rebooking rate. Nights that do not rebook are non-refundable.
Half-Now, Half-Later Bookings
- The first half of your payment is non-refundable.
- The second half may be refunded according to the standard cancellation policy above.
Non-Refundable Bookings
If you selected a Non-Refundable rate at checkout, the booking cannot be changed or canceled, and no refund will be issued.
Date Changes & Rebooking
Once a stay is canceled, you can't rebook the same dates yourself. If you need help choosing new dates, our Concierge team is happy to assist.
Transfers to Another Guest
You may transfer your booking to someone else at no charge. Just contact the Concierge with the new guest's name and email. The new guest must accept the transfer for it to take effect.
Policy Match Guarantee
If a better price is available for the same property on Airbnb or the owner's site, contact the Concierge — Booming Vacation Homes will match it.
