Easy to check in, Larissa & Rosely were very helpful throughout our entire stay.
Our group loved this property. Unfortunately, I was unable to travel as planned, but Larissa & Rosely were super understanding, and the rest of our group were able to use the property as planned. They loved this Orlando home, as well as the facilities available, including the clubhouse, pools, and gym. The home was very spacious and clean. Perfect for families. Our group members highly recommend the home, and we'd definitely use the property again.
We had a good stay with Larissa & Rosely. The place was clean and everything was as described. We did have a small hiccup at check-in—the initial door code wasn’t correct—but the host responded quickly and had us inside within about 5 minutes. One note for future guests: be sure to read the check-in details closely—if you want the pool heated, you need to request it at least 72 hours in advance. I missed that, so we weren’t able to use the pool. Overall, a nice place and responsive hosts.

We traveled from Miami and Kentucky to spend Thanksgiving together. The home was spacious enough for 11 guests and the beds were comfortable, but several issues made our holiday stressful. On Thanksgiving morning the freezer stopped working, and some of our prepared food spoiled. Maintenance came, but the timing was difficult. The loft TV was unusable due to no remote, and the main TV wasn’t working at check-in. The oven had a seal issue that caused smoke, and basic kitchen tools like a spatula were missing. We also noticed items shown in the listing, like a dustpan, weren’t available. While the host was responsive and repairs were eventually made, these problems, especially with the fridge, were very inconvenient during a holiday centered on cooking and family time. The large open area was nice for gathering, but overall the stay could have been smoother with better upkeep and basic essentials.
Beautiful house in a lovely safe private gated community, had the best time staying with family and using the oasis club. The house was fantastic and didn’t want to leave thank you for letting us stay, it really did make the holiday perfect

The house is beautiful and as described. Dealing with the host, was always pleasant and fruitful. The tub was broken and they sent someone 3 times until he got it right! So respectful, asking if it lines up with our timing. I definitely recommend staying here and hope to come back really soon! Thank you!!

Refundable Bookings
Cancellation deadlines:
- For stays under 15 nights, you may cancel or reschedule up to 14 days before check-in for a full refund. For stays 15 nights or longer, the cancellation window is 60 days.
- For some homes, a 30-day deadline applies — this will be clearly shown before you book.
- Cancellations must be submitted before 4 PM EST on the deadline day to qualify.
Fair-Refund Policy
If you cancel after the deadline:
- Booming Vacation Homes will relist your dates and automatically refund you for any nights that rebook.
- The refund per night will be the lower of the original price or the rebooking rate. Nights that do not rebook are non-refundable.
Half-Now, Half-Later Bookings
- The first half of your payment is non-refundable.
- The second half may be refunded according to the standard cancellation policy above.
Non-Refundable Bookings
If you selected a Non-Refundable rate at checkout, the booking cannot be changed or canceled, and no refund will be issued.
Date Changes & Rebooking
Once a stay is canceled, you can't rebook the same dates yourself. If you need help choosing new dates, our Concierge team is happy to assist.
Transfers to Another Guest
You may transfer your booking to someone else at no charge. Just contact the Concierge with the new guest's name and email. The new guest must accept the transfer for it to take effect.
